After trying to suck all TV programming into its set-top box without paying (hey, isn't that like stealing cable?) -- Google has revealed its scheme to dip into your existing documentation created on desktops in Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc., and suck it into its Google document cloud.  All you need is their gadget, a free Goog online account, and of course, no sense.

"Most worrisome for Microsoft, Connect launches from the toolbars inside Word, Excel and Powerpoint. And it works with Office 2003, 2007 and 2010. This means users accessing the Connect Web-version of a given Office document are doing so from within their familiar old Office interfaces."
